When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, company, work email, country, project information and any files you attach. We also receive basic technical data (such as your IP address) as part of normal server operation.
How we use it
We use your information to review and respond to your enquiry, and to operate the enquiry process (including anti-spam and security checks). We do not sell personal information.
Files and security
Attached files are stored securely with restricted access and are used only for evaluating your enquiry. Enquiry data is never committed to public code repositories. Transmission of form data over the internet is protected with industry-standard measures.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or as required by applicable law, then deleted.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information you submitted by writing to hksommet@vip.qq.com. We will respond to legitimate requests.
